Manage your Randomised Coffee Trials with this free tool

“Randomised coffee trials” are a great way to meet new people within any large organisation, church, school, etc. Participants are jumbled up and allocated another person to talk to. And organising them doesn’t have to be a huge chore. I created this tool to handle the chats I organise in a large university. So, get your list together, watch my “how to” video below and get the chats started!

1: Construct the email

Email subject line eg “It’s time for another chat!” Email message

2: Add the two groups of email addresses (must be the same number of addresses in each list)

What to do if you have an odd number of participants

Paste your Group A email addresses in this box…

…and the Group B emails addresses in this box

3: Set the offset (add one to the offset for your previous chat)

Offset value

4: Now create the mailing links and get clicking and sending!
